Our Weightloss Camp is a guided deep immersion into our healthy lifestyle.
Before you arrive we video chat to prepare and plan, so as to make the most of your time with us.
The program starts with onboarding you into our daily routine of morning fitness, evening yoga and structured healthy meals
Everything is at your finger tips, from our barefoot tiki gym, ocean view yoga loft and our beachfront meals and it’s all taken care of.
During your stay the trainers make the time to talk with weight loss camp clients about fitness, nutrition, and health, educating and explaining current fitness trends and industry key words, giving you the knowledge required to maintain your fitness and health.
This is the ideal space to focus on you and your physical self, allowing the bandwidth to tackle any mental health challenges, so you can achieve the mind body and soul balance that is the key to overall wellness.
That’s not to say that it’s going to be easy. Weight loss doesn’t happen overnight. Tt take time for your body to adjust and repair and we have to build you up without injury. Under the constant watch of out trainers and yogis, we’ll push you harder than you can on your own. We provide a path for long term success
Weightloss camp clients get priority attention in the classes, personal training, massages and personalized protein smoothie post workout . This is a proven path for long term success.

Our Daily Routine:
7:30 am Morning Flow 60 fitness class. A mixture of Qigong, Yoga, Calisthenics, Breathwork and Meditation. Start you day on the right path, awaken your body and mind to make the most of your day
~ Morning beach walk. Right out front, 10+ kms of gorgeous beach. Burn calories, relax mind, take in the fresh salt breeze and enjoy
1:00 pm Afternoon workout (pump). Traditional weigh lifting. Boost calorie deficiency, improve on functional fitness, attend to your body’s needs
~ Afternoon activity – from jungle trek to waterfalls to chilling by the pool
5:00 pm Evening Yin Yoga. Stretch and love your body, recharge your mind
6:30 pm Family style vegetarian dinner. Nutrient dense farm to table dinner made fresh with love
~ Evening short beach walk
Rinse and Repeat!

The following items are not part of the Weightloss Camp. However don’t hesitate to let us know, if you wish to add them:
- Airport Transfers other than Puerto Plata Airport
- Kiteboarding or surfing lessons
- Flights
- Lunch – but we do leave out the previous evening’s left overs
