This recipe has been in my use for many years and will continue to do so. Not only is it a major boost for your immune system but it also helps with sore throats, coughs, infections and the list continues. This is my go-to anytime I feel a cold coming on, and my body bounces back as if there was no problem in sight.
Ginger Tea Solve Recipe
- Small ginger pieces or grated ginger (1-2 ounces)
- Boiling water
- 1/2 – 1 lemon
- Ceylon cinnamon
While you grate the ginger, fill the cup with boiling water. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Only then add the remaining ingredients. Lemon and honey are both sensitive to heat, so adding it last is important to maintain its nutritional value.
