This holistic fitness and yoga weekend is an intense program designed to provide tools to help you towards positive change. Wherever you are in your life, this retreat is a kick-start to becoming the best version of yourself.

True healing and success has to include every form of personal development so we focus not just on the physical body, but also on the mind and the spirit.

Nourishing the physical body through superfoods and exercise you will increase energy and health, which in turn influences your mood and ways of thinking. Through taking part in yoga, breathing exercises and meditation, we focus on the more challenging part, the mind. Exercises to bring presence and awareness into your daily life will help bring about revelations as to how YOU create your life.

Your Retreat Leader Melanie Kiss

I live a simple life, to my standards. I don’t need much but I crave knowledge and life experience. I grew up in a gym in Budapest, Hungary and have played and competed in numerous sports throughout my life, never really taking a week off from physical activity. Being raised by a dad who was the Hungarian/Austrian National Gymnastics coach and one of the first Tai Chi specialist in Hungary, a mom who studied Astrology and energy healing very early on, the doors of spirituality opened up. With this, I grew into health, nutrition and the world of energy naturally, taking courses, reading books, watching documentaries, traveling the world, working on fruit/vegetable farms, etc. I thirst for knowledge not just about how to live a healthy life from various cultures and practices, but about how to fulfill the spiritual body as well.

I wish to share all my knowledge and experience from around the world with you, and hope that you too may benefit from it!
