Did you know that avocados are among the world’s healthiest superfoods? This amazing stone fruit is packed with nutrients and healthy monounsaturated fatty acids (good fats), and contains almost 20 vitamins and minerals. You don’t want to miss out on these avocado health benefits.
Have you ever tried cooking with avocado oil? Here’s an important tip.
Avocado oil has a high smoke point, which is important in cooking. Overheating certain oils destroys the nutrients and phytochemicals or antioxidants that they contain. However, avocado oil has a high burning point, which means that you can cook it at much higher temperatures than that of its counterparts before it loses its benefits.
As you can see, there’s so much to gain from eating avocados. With a little imagination, you can use them to create tasty recipes, such as these two, which are among my favourite recipes.
Ingredients:

Coconut water or Filtered water
Sprouts for topping (optional)
Combine and blend ingredients.
Avocados are great to use in desserts because they add a creamy texture and the flavour blends well with other ingredients.
