Our gym is situated on the property of The eXtreme Hotel Cabarete, one of the leading ecologically sustainable small hotels in the Caribbean. Being part of the eXtreme Hotel family, our Caribbean Fitness Camps forms part of a collective of small ethical businesses, allowing us to offer incredible services – such as incredible Yoga at The Yoga Loft Delicious organic food from the Taino Farm, or world class kite or surf instruction – to complement an transformational fitness holiday by the sea.
The Kite Lounge
The Kite Lounge, in partnership with its local operating school GoKite, offers amazing kite boarding programs geared towards any skill level – whether you’re a total beginner, getting comfortable with the sport or a well tested kiter looking to hone your skills in the home of world champions. The Kite Lounge provides top level of service, high quality equipment and over 10 years of experience on Kite Beach. The Kite Lounge, like all of our partners, supports and empowers local Dominicans to train to be instructors, and is proud to announce that 99% of it’s staff is Dominican born and bread. Support sustainable tourism, get fit and have an amazing adventure in the knowledgeable hands of the Kite Lounge crew.
The Yoga Loft
The Yoga Loft is a beautiful open-layout yoga deck on Kite Beach in Cabarete, Dominican Republic. The space features a natural cana roof, gorgeous ocean views, lots of light and cool Caribbean breezes. The Yoga Loft offers beachfront yoga classes daily for travelers and the local community, but their specialty is yoga retreats, fitness holidays and sustainable tourism.
Here you’ll find year-round in-house yoga retreats, as well as teachers and studios bringing their own groups.
eXtreme Circus
eXtreme Circus is run by an incredible staff of local performers and instructors who can help you on your flying journey. You will have access to unlimited trapeze, with the other circus arts such as hoops or silks to be arranged by request. Safety is always first here, so if you are a first timer you can relax knowing you are in great hands.
